01About these terms
These Terms of Service govern access to Streamwrld, an independent discovery and ranking service for public livestream information operated by Streamwrld. By using Streamwrld, or by creating an account, you agree to these terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Streamwrld is currently provided without a paid subscription or purchase function. If paid services are introduced, the applicable price, taxes, renewal, cancellation and consumer rights will be presented before an order is placed and these terms will be updated.
02Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. You are responsible for accurate account information, a secure password and activity performed through your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
03What Streamwrld provides
Streamwrld collects and organises publicly available livestream metadata such as channel names, titles, categories, thumbnails, live status and viewer counts. Platform labels identify the source of each listing. Measurements can be delayed, incomplete or temporarily unavailable. Rankings are time-stamped informational snapshots based on available platform data, not official platform rankings or promises of performance.
You must verify important information on the originating platform. Streamwrld does not host the underlying livestreams.
04Third-party services
Streams, thumbnails and metadata originate from third-party platforms. Their own terms and policies apply when you open or play their content. Streamwrld is an independent service and is not sponsored by or affiliated with Twitch, Kick, YouTube or Google.
By using features powered by YouTube API Services, you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.
05Acceptable use
You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. You may not interfere with the service, evade access controls, scrape at harmful volume, misuse accounts, infringe rights or use Streamwrld unlawfully.
06Intellectual property
Streamwrld's original design, software, text and branding are protected by applicable law. Third-party names, logos, streams, thumbnails and other materials remain the property of their respective owners. See our Copyright & Takedown Policy.
07Availability and changes
We may change, suspend or discontinue features to maintain security, comply with law or platform rules, or improve the service. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every listing is complete or current. Material changes to these terms will be identified by a new effective date and, where appropriate, announced on the service or by email.
08Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Streamwrld disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from third-party content, inaccurate metadata or temporary unavailability. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited, including mandatory consumer rights.
09Suspension and termination
We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance or a material breach of these terms. You may stop using Streamwrld at any time and request deletion through Delete your account.
10Governing law and contact
